2% Home Loans
These loans are a niche and only available by a limited number of finance brokers of which Loan WA is accredited to sell.
They work for clients who have an owner occupier loan and an investment loan, with the investment loan being the larger debt.
The owner occupier loan may qualify at a rate as low as 2% with the investment loan having a higher rate to offset the owner occupier discount.
