Non resident loans are hard to come by in todays market with only a few funders accepting them.
They are designed for foreign nationals who do not have residency in Australia that with to purchase or refinance an owner occupier or investment loan.
Generally the maximum loan to value ratio is 70% and there are some income restrictions that apply.
